Agenda
module allows to review a list of all agenda issues containing attached materials and a list of speakers for each section.
E-documents
module allows to review accompanying materials of various formats that can be uploaded or added from the organization’s workflow.
Voting
module provides access to voting process and results review of previous voting procedures. System has 3 types of voting: open, closed and secret. Each type can additionally have custom settings such as the number of votes for decision making and estimation formula.
Live
module broadcasts the video of a speaker and his presentation materials on the workstations and information screens in a conference hall.
Participants
module allows to review a list of all participants of the meeting, as well as provides an indication of the presence or absence of a quorum with the function to set up the value for different types of meetings.
Digital Signature – authorization and sign “results”
Digital signature is used for secure and reliable authentication. System allows all voters to sign their “results” by using Digital Signature after the completion of voting.
Notes
Each participant can add notes to all available documents. Notes are available only to their owner.
Agenda MGMT
module allows to organize collective work on agenda formation in a sole environment. User can also attach files of different formats to each issue, and the use of comments and statuses of agenda issues makes the processes of discussion and decision making much easier.
Messages
module allows to organize individual and group messaging with system users directly.
Mailout
module is designed to notify delegates and guests of the meeting about approving of agenda and other important events.
Mobile apps
allow to grant delegates online access to the agenda and accompanying documents. Applications are available on Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.
Notifications
module allows to generate notifications for all types of events based on user role. In addition to being displayed in the system, notifications are sent to email address and mobile app.
Calendar
module displays various types of events and schedule of organization’s meetings rooms usage. Functions of detailed event review and conference hall reservation are additionally foreseen in the system.
Protocol
System automatically generates a meeting protocol according to a previously created template in the “Settings”. All actions during the meeting are automatically added to the protocol in the text blocks that can be supplemented or hidden from the main protocol. You can export protocol in Word format.
Minutes
module ensures the formation of the meeting minutes indicating all information about speeches and held votings.
Information screens
module allows to customize the way information is displayed on information screen depending on the procedure during the meeting.
Calendar MGMT
module allows you to create and edit events, as well as control the types of events.
Test meeting
Test meeting is used to pre-verify the correctness of the scheduled meeting. Test meeting is no different from a regular one. All data generated during the meeting (voting, protocol, etc.) isn’t saved after the end of the test session.
Seating
Module allows to perform participants seating at workplaces in automatic or manual mode.
Guests MGMT
module allows you to create lists of invited guests, set up guest’s permits in the system, give him the floor or start the presentation materials.
Workstations MGMT
module allows you to control workstation status, manage computers and workstation screens, as well as operate lift mechanisms of retractable motorized monitors. Actions can be performed with each workstation separately or with all workstations at once.
Speakers MGMT
module allows you to manage a list of speakers, speaking time and delegates’ microphones.
Users & roles
module is designed for dynamic management of access permits of users and visitors with a function to create new types of roles in the system.
Hall settings
module allows to reproduce any scheme of a meeting room with the indication of location of workstations, cameras, information screens with all required configuration in one place.
Action log
module provides information on all actions in the system with the possibility of filtering by date, time, user, type of module and action.
Updates
module provides access to the latest software updates. Due to user-friendly interface, system update is carried out in a matter of minutes with no need for technical assistants’ intervention.
Active Directory
module allows to integrate with Microsoft Active Directory, which makes it easier to manage users and use their roles and permits centrally.
System settings
module allows to configure types of voting, types of events, agenda sections, customize system interface, change system localization and other parameters.
