For the purpose of convenient process of discussion of agenda issues in PATENTEM system, a function of management of speeches is foreseen. It includes: enrolling a person on the list of speakers, formation and management of a list of speakers, giving a floor, control over the time of a speech etc.

To enroll yourself on the list of speakers, participant clicks a button on a built-in panel of a conference system or on a touchscreen of his workplace. After this, indicator of a microphone turns green and the delegate is automatically enrolled on the list.

Delegates’ surnames that are on the list are displayed on Operator’s and Chairman’s screens who have rights to manage the meeting.

Operator can either add delegates on the list or immediately give a floor to a participant.

When needed, operator can manage the order of speakers in advance.
