Information technology in the world is rapidly developing, Ukraine also keeps pace with the times. Seminar on the effectiveness of the use of modern information and communication tehnology government was held in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine .

During the seminar there was presentation of the complex information system for sessions, meetings and voting Patentem, about its unique and ability to provide full monitoring meetings and votes. Aslo the mobile application was presented that allows users to “be in the know” anywhere & anytime was also presented.
